Chelsea player issue third shirt 1998-2000. Issued to/prepared for Mario Melchiot for the 1999/2000 season. Unfortunately Melchiot was injured for most of the season so I don’t believe he ever wore this shirt. Player version of the shirt differs from the replica with the different style stitched Umbro logo and the absence of the UMBRO marking on the lower back of the replicas. Came in to my possession via an ex-kitman.
