A genuine vintage 90s pair in used condition. It looks like the elastic has been replaced at some point in the past through a little slit inside the waist band behind the label and then stitched in. The size label is faded but they fit like a medium. I have shown a tape measure across them with the elastic contracted. They stretch out to around 16" from seam to seam when pulled gently and up to 18" or a bit more when pulled out as far as the elastic allows. Please compare this to a similar pair of your own before purchase to check fit. As you can see they are in decent used condition for the age. There is a bit of surface fluffing and a number of plucks which are clearly shown in close up but no more notable issues.
