This is an original player issue Chelsea training jacket from the club's 2004-05 title winning season. I received this directly from the Chelsea kitman in 2004 who was a neighbour of mine. It is the coaches edition jacket and was worn by a member of the coaching staff, possibly by Jose Mourinho himself. It is in 6/10 condition, very good for age overall with some small signs of wear and a small blemish to the material at the bottom of the jacket as seen in the last photo. This is a unique once in a lifetime souvenir for any Chelsea fan
