For best results I can only recommend to use a Heat press I can not be responsible for incorrect or damage to the shirts that you have applied heat press instructions Set to 150 degrees Celsius Place the patch on the shirt you like it to go on (recommend using Heat proof tape to keep the patch in place) Cover the patch with a Teflon sheet to protect the shirt and the patch Set the time to 15-18 seconds Very firm pressure If the patch doesn’t fully stick then re-press for a further 10 seconds Cool peel Then enjoy the work you have put in :) Don’t wash the shirt for 72 hours after application Always take care while using a heat press as to not injure yourself or damage the football shirt
